On May 30th the Greek Supreme Court decided to extradite Turgut Kaya to Turkey. Following this decision, Kaya began a hunger strike on May 31st, with the demand to stop his extradition.
In Athens and in many cities of Europe, various actions are being organized with the slogan “Freedom for Turgut Kaya”.
On 20th June 2018, two separate actions will be organised in Brussels and Athens.
The ATIK Committee in Belgium and the Solidarity with Turgut Kaya Platform are calling to be sensitive and to stay in solidarity with Turgut Kaya, on the 21st day of his hunger strike.
