Serkan Tosun martyred in Serêkaniyê

ANC | 16-09-2013 | On September 14th an MLKP militant named Serkan Tosun lost his life during a clash in Serêkaniyê.

The MLKP- CC published a statement on the martyrdom of  Tosun. “in the struggle to defend the revolution in Rojava, Serkan Tosun, our militant comrade known as Mazlum, was martyred during a clash on 14th September 2013 around 5pm in Serêkaniyê, where he participated in economic, social and welfare rebuilding work ” The statement continued stating the following about Tosun, “The fascist state terror, the arrests, and the isolation of Ftype prisons have not held him back from the stuggle, on the contrary he honed his anger further and advanced even more. He replied to the call of the revolution without hesitation doing underground work. He took on political military tasks without continuously. His last political military task he took in Rojava where he fell in the struggle”

The statement concluded by stressing that they would be worthy of their martyr comrades and all revolution martyrs.
