Fascist raid into the apartments of Kurdish students

MERSIN | 26 –  10 –  2008 | Recently, fascists in Mersin have been raiding houses of Kurdish students. In Mersin in the district Anamur, fascists have raided the home of Kurdish students by using guns. In that assault one student got injured on the left arm. The others were able to escape, because the apartment was on the 1st floor.

On October 20th about 20 fascists raided the house of Kurdish students and started to open the fire against them, the students were able to escape through the window. One student was hit by a bullet and taken to the hospital.The students went after the incident to the police station but also there the police was telling them “things like this happen, we cannot do anything about this”.

Now, many students are returning back to their places in Turkey Kurdistan.
